Twinsburg Baseball was selected by Cleveland Indians Charities to receive $5,000 as part of their Baseball Diamond Improvement Grant Program!!!!  The funds will be used to finish covering all the dugouts at Liberty Park and for backstop repairs.  Many thanks to the Tribe for donating to TBL!!!!

Interested in having some fun and earning some extra cash???  TBL is looking for umpires to add to our umpire roster for the coming season.  Adults or any kids 12 years of age or older are eligible.  If interested, send us an email at umpires@twinsburgbaseball.com

Have some old baseball bats that your kids will never use again taking up space in the garage?  Make a difference and donate them to TBL!  Donated bats help keep TBL equipment costs down, which helps keep registration costs low for parents, and it also allows the league to allocate more money towards upkeep of the fields, trophies, and uniforms.  Email us at info@twinsburgbaseball.com if you have a bat or two to donate to the league.  We're going to be organizing a drop off day this spring.

Another successful Fall Ball season is in the books!  And the weather was GREAT!!!!!  Demand was off the charts this year - more and more kids want to play fall baseball each season here in Twinsburg.  We had over 300 parents express an interest this fall, which is more than double the interest we saw as recently as a couple years ago.

Next year registration will open earlier, and there will be a two week window for kids that played Twinsburg rec or travel ball in the spring/summer to sign up before we welcome players from other communities.  We also anticipate being able to double the number of teams in each division due to additional field availability for the 2014 fall season.

MANY thanks to each of the 50 travel baseball teams that came out to Twinsburg for the 2013 Stars & Stripes Twinsburg Travel Baseball Tournament this year.  The weather cooperated for us and the baseball was fantastic, with many of the finest baseball players ages 14 and under in northern Ohio out in our fine city in mid July.

Below are the final results of this this year's tournament in all six age divisions.

TBL was lucky enough to recently have an anonymous donor give $1,000 to the league! As with all donations, the monies will be put towards improving the fields and the experiences for the children that take part in our excellent rec baseball league.

TBL mandates that our volunteer head coaches take an online training course to become registered members of the National Youth Sports Coaching Association and also that they take an online concussion training course.  Both courses are also highly recommended for our assistant coaches and any other parents that help out with their children's teams.

Support Twinsburg Baseball partner Dicks Sporting Goods, who helps with team sponsorship costs, equipment, and discounts for our parents and players on their equipment purchases each season!!!
